Female Wellness & Self Image meditation class:
Thursdays 12:00-1:30pm PST

A fun, safe, validating environment to explore your spirit body connection, your female essence and validate your innate ability to be well naturally and meditation tools to help support that. We will be journaling and meditating.
4 week class (thursdays):
Week 1: Self image and wellness: Using clairvoyance to see your female space, female creative energy, and your essence as a spiritual female. How to talk to your female body to tap into her wisdom and take direction from your spirit and body first. Self healing sessions will facilitate removal of old pain/patterns that keep wellness/vitality from flowing. Creating the wellness that you desire through meditation, and getting practical next steps. All by using your own information instead of getting overwhelmed with other peoples information.
Week 2: Expression: Using our female essence to clear our image to the world, working self acceptance, self love. Cleansing the energy of our outward appearance, letting our wardrobe, style, speech, etc match our true essence.
Week 3: Sexy Energy Flow: Using our female energy to clear blockages, validate energy flow in our space, learning different ways we already do this and new ways, and increasing this flow through meditation improving body systems like metabolism. Validating how we call in and release energy through nourishment, exercise, breathing, and seeing how to create this flow through meditation. Unveiling our next level of sex appeal.
Week 4: Emotions, Confidence, Self Love: Work with our emotions to release other peoples feelings and control over our emotions/body. Learning how our bodies talk to us through emotions, and how to heal ourselves using our emotions. Honoring our true self and expressing this with confidence. No compromise!
4 weeks, thrusdays Noon-1:30, $100

The class will be on-line from skype or your phone if you would rather be at home or are not in town. I will collect phone numbers and skype names ahead of time and then call you.
