Hello! and welcome to my web site. I'm a life coach with a spiritual and meditation background. My counseling is based on your goals. Our work together is about seeing results; whether that is feeling better, making more money, aligning your business to your spiritual goals, getting past a situation in the past that is haunting you or manifesting a creative project.

With a counseling you get to the root of issues very quickly, since I look directly at your energy.  I see energy patterns in your aura and chakras. You can think of your space as having energetic mechanics, you may be familiar with this if you know about the meridian system in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. I can read these patterns and assess where the energy is moving and not moving. Stuck energy can be old concepts, beliefs, traumas, memories, or it can be karma or entities. Movement of energy creates wellness and manifestation of visions.

When you heal yourself energetically it has a direct effect on the physical plane, your body, and your life! Ever "try" to change something physically and go into effort? And try over and over again? It does not work because you are not changing your energy field first--which dictates what we attract. You are changing this energy all the time but this type of work makes it more conscious. When you heal the patterns, magic starts to happen, energy flows. You change the energy in your energy field and you start attracting things you want, out of the blue.  You get more room to be in your body in the present moment. You get to be more of you! You may have experienced this as an occasional flash of synchronicity, where the exact person or thing you need just seems to appear. What if these extraordinary happenings were reproducable? It is possible with meditation techniques. The reading itself will clear your space to make it a lot easier for magic to flow in your life.

How is your energetic/spiritual wellness? Increasing your wellness can be a fun and simple process. It doesn't have to be a mystery! Meditation and healing are like giving a workout to your inner self, similar to the way you can improve your physical health by exercising your body. I also give next steps to help guide you on your path.

A little about my own spiritual path:

Fifteen years ago I had a goal to accelerate my growth; I was growing, but so slowly, I knew I was not going to achieve my goals at that pace. So subsequently I learned techniques from a healing institute to change my energy, heal myself and therefore increase my ability to achieve my goals.

Now this is not a quick fix, which our culture loves to sell. This is a process of permanent change and growth. It requires digging deep into what is really going on with you. I love getting to the bottom of things--my natural detective nature. 'The truth will set you free'  is true! Permanent change is very satisfying because everything in your life reacts and shifts to these changes.

We are all powerful beyond belief as Marianne Williamson says in her famous poem. Life can be a fun and passionate experience when you get to know yourself and remind yourself why you are here.
